Ok; I put the pic back up (beginning og the tread)
    -

Can anyone think of anything else besides the cat from Monsoon, the pike in Arashi, and switching Tempest to walls?
Nathan, can you confirm that this is what you changed at the production phase, so I can edit this info in.

Could Vox's galley have sneaked through btw?
To the tile that is clouded H8889 or H8899.

You've rushed Sun Tzu's too, right? Or is that next turn?
If I'm posting here then Counterglow must be down.

Those were my only production-phase changes, yes.

I already have the cats from Whirlwind and last turn in Cyclone in Tempest, so we'll end up hitting with one cat from each city if we want to end up with three in each city, not that it makes a difference.

I haven't done the Sun Tsu rush yet, but it's definitely this turn.

That would have taken 4 movement for them (Vox's galley) to get there.

I'd rather have 4 Cats in Tempest. They've passed on hitting Arashi 2 times now when they would have had better odds. I doubt they'll hit Tempest either, but it leaves more of our Cats closer to EotS than they would be otherwise.

Anywhere Vox's galley could have gone except for backwards or way out to sea (e.g. 6-6-6) would be visible to our galleys. (Their galleys just move 3, and it started 7-7 from our galleys.) Any objections if I move one of our galleys forward to look for Voxians?

No objection here. But I think we should stay (or at least end) on coastal tiles just in case we want to block Vox's galley from moving S.

Find and kill that Voxian galley if possible.

Then I think we need to recall at least 1 galley (provided we don't lose one or both to the Voxian galley) to get some troops and have a shot at their iron.

If I were a Voxian and I took a cat hit or two this turn, I'd start having even more serious doubts than I already do that my immortals have any real chance of reaching EotS alive. If I don't think I can take EotS while being plinked with catapults along the way, that leaves me with three options.

                        1) Hit Tempest. But since Tempest is both bigger than Arashi and closer to Gathering Storm's core, odds are that most of Arashi's defenders are now in Tempest. If I couldn't take Arashi last turn, I can't expect to get Tempest this turn - not unless GS took the risk of trying to defend both cities (or actually has the forces to defend both effectively).

                        2) Go after Sandstorm. Chances of taking it are excellent, especially if I bring in immortals from both sides. But after last time, I can definitely expect heavy losses if I move out onto the flatlands. Is it really worth that for a size 2 desert city?

                        3) Turn on Arashi in the hope that it now has only a token defense because Gathering Storm wouldn't dare risk losing Tempest. If I succeed, I have a city to heal my wounds in and maybe wait for reinforcements, and I've very likely opened the way to take Monsoon.

Given that range of bad options to choose from, going after Arashi starts to look pretty attractive.

Vox's galley is now 9 from their colony. We can't hit it this turn, but we can next turn. The colony is currently defended by one spear and one immortal. I propose positioning both our galleys 6 from the colony. That way, both galleys will be in a position to attack the Voxian galley next turn.

                                My moves so far:

                                Cat from Whirlwind to Tempest.
                                Cat by EotS into Tempest.
                                Pike by Tempest into Tempest.
                                Cat from Monsoon into Arashi.
One of our eastern Galleys 8-8-8
