Is it really possible to have a nation permanently in anarchy?
I think I tried that way back in time, only to find that eventually it will get to pick whatever govt it wants (even with govt switching turned off).
Also could someone send me the file, it seems I am unable to download it

OK I removed the money from Russia, restored democracy, and made governments non-swicthable (you couldn't switch govt's through the menus before, but you could switch from dem to anarchy: now this fixes it.)Georgi Nikolai Anzyakov, Commander Grand Northern Front, Red Front Democracy GameComment

I know it's not my turn here, but as I am posting everywhere, I'm going to be gone until at least the 20th, possibly even longer. It's a very long story. City Arises from the Rubble
In a solumn ceremony, President Putin and the other leaders of the CIS nations have turned the first sods of the city of New Ulan Ude. The new city replaces the town destroyed during the inital months of the Chinese invasion. It is hoped that the city will serve as a valuable centre of trade on the China-Russia border.
