Hut = UNIVERSITY
(MIKE to be completed next turn, and a lot of caravans loaded with silk on their way to rewarding delivery)

Nicely done, La Fayette
Mike's will bring a great swell of happiness to our Republic. With Medicine/ Shake's, Arkwright can further expand, eventually. As we begin to deliver camels for routes, beakers, gold, let's not forget to build harbors and settlers to improve the land. A perfectionist approach is called for, I think.
Also, glad to see we have budgeted a doubling of our Navy. With such beginings we will reach the stars!!
