As for the game:

The demogame concept in 3 lines:
The president actualy plays the game.
The ministers advise the president on actions taken.
The citizens vote in polls and add their comments to the plans the ministers provide so the gouverment knows in witch direction the people want our nation to head.

Run for a cabinet position, as the rules are now only the cabinet gets the save.
But as we are a democracy we tend to vote on it from time to time.
