one last word of warning.... the name of the map is captain chaos. it is purely random in terms of terrain spread, but 99.9999999% non ocean. there is no standard to placement of terrain. EG AI generated maps place tundra at either pole, you will not find it so in this map. The last thing i want to hear is who the &^%*& put patches of tundra where the equator should be!!!! The bottom line is buyer beware.

* JJJ is a noob

prez is the only one who actually plays, but the elected ministers have access to the save file every few turns. They use it to develop a plan for their area of importance and present the plan to the people, polling for some of the more important suggestions. They then present their reports to the prez who plays according to how his advisors say the people want the game to be played
