just one complaint:

This to avoid pointless proxy wars only directed at distracting the enemy. After this a new proxy war can't be started for another 6 (1 game year) turns by the opposing side, so that remote participants in a future proxy war can prepare for the next assault.

woudn´t be more fun to fight many proxy wars at the same time? why can´t i start proxy wars to distract the enemy? what´s wrong with that?

No, read my posts again. You need to state whether you want us to restart or if Eurisko can just continue (of course before Moscow was nuked).

You also need to confirm that you understand how Proxy Wars work and that you understand the house rules and the VP system.

Just want to make some else clear as well. It came to my intention that you in an Imperialism PBEM made a quite clever trick if I might add, but unacceptable in our community - you disbanded a city and created a new one in the country which you invaded, in one turn at that. It's a nice trick and there's no official rules against it, but in our PBEMs we stick to realism, and anything (tricks like that mentioned) is not alowed. Ask if you are in doubt about what's allowed and what's not, because just because it's not in the house rules, doesn't mean it's allowed. Use common sense and you'll be fine!
