Yes. I checked during the playtest that Civ2dip works in hotseat mode. But something a little odd happened - IIRC the traded unit was frozen for TWO turns, instead of just one.

If there are no objections soon, these will be 2 new rules. We still need an end-of-alliance rule. Also, someone posted an exploit at CFC which I've never heard of. You can detect how many units are in a stack (sometimes in a city) by shrinking the status window. Do we want a rule against this?
Oh yeah... one more from CFC (see also Game #1). There is a way to unblock supply by simply leaving the trade window open for about 60 seconds. I think this should be forbidden. Opinions?
