So Plat, here's another chance with the real file. Pal is probably right that it's still a rules.txt problem. Perhaps a directory issue or an incorrect/incomplete scenario installation? Make sure this file is copied to the right scenario sub-directory.Attached FilesLast edited by RobRoy; June 28, 2006, 21:38.

Just put the save game in the "Seeds of greatness" scenario folder.
remember to do that every time you download a new save."Military training has three purposes: 1)To save ourselves from becoming subjects to others, 2)to win for our own city a possition of leadership, exercised for the benefit of others and 3)to exercise the rule of a master over those who deserve to be treated as slaves."-Aristotle, The Politics, Book VII
All those who want to die, follow me!

Sorry, still having intermittent power problems. They seem to have fried my UPS, too. Did a quick turn, though, at work (shh!)
Wrathful barbie horde for ST! Congrats! You're the winner!
Let us know how it goes...I gather you'd placed your cities with barbs in mind...river/hill, the Isthmus. The horde is on the wrong side of the Isthmus though...that's harsh. In SP mode, I tend to abandon unprepared cities, hoping they'll survive. If you can arrange for them to be captured by Battering Rams, they can be usually be recaptured later. Spend your money down, though. Did the Greeks sell their City Walls? I can't recall. Wouldn't help agains the Battering Rams, though.
Minoans: Pirates! Some ugly red guy with a sword landed in the western part of the island. Let's see if the veteren settler on the hill can withstand the raid...wish he was on the mountains. Guess the Minoans are win the consolation prize. Weird, the civs I'd've thought were the most barb-resistent get hit first.
Hittites: huts galore! Three techs, one merc, one barb. Captured a slave, too!
Pal, did we decide to share all techs between the Hittites and Assyrians? Or techs from border regions? Or do selective trading? or what? I got Leather Armor this turn, which might be handy for contra-barb warfare. ST, if I can get the Minoans to reach the Hittites, I might be able to transmit Leather Armor to the Greeks, too, if they haven't already found it.
Definitely got a message about AI movement between the
Minoan and Hittite turn this time...not sure if I just missed it before or whether there are even more, now. Still no popup message warning about pirates or raids, though.
Plat you're up.Attached Files
