But I can take a challenge Can you play Multiplayer with TOT?
What "dirty work" exactly is it you plan on doing? Unless you use the abominable built-in scenario editors (shame on you ) there is no reason whatsoever why you should not use ToT in the first place. Just ignore all the extra sections. That's easy enough, isn't it?

And yes, ToT has multiplayer. That's not so hard to find out yourself, is it?

I believe the @TERRAIN sections have an extra option (Yes/No) at the end which can make a terrain impassable.

Just have a look at all the comments Microprose provided. Be sure the read the comments in the rules.txt files of ALL ToT games. Some of them have more comments about certain things.

Oh, and that map looks excellent.

      That's an Amazing map

Just one bit- how do people get to and from Manhattan? I would suggest that a couple of the bridges be made tiles to allow for easy land crossings.

I know I've come two weeks late, but this is for those people who couldn't understand Eyn's "Mafia" scenario because of the french language:

If you'd have downloaded it from the SCS instead of Civfanatics, you'd have seen the english translation (it may be a funny translation because I was the translator )

I've been to New York City.

When I saw that map with the big, red circles, all I could think of was craters made by nuclear explosions.

I'm curious Eivind, are you in need of any police units? I'd be glad to provide you with one or two perhaps.

I havn't gotten to the police units yet, so yes, I do. I've seen those police units of yours, but aren't they a bit small in comparison to these units?

I know this isn't very good, but it's the only source pic for a 30s police man I have right now, as I havn't gotten to it yet. It's a snap shot from the Mafia game.

What I could need is a title

That's an accurate depiction. The old police uniforms of the 30's resembled the uniforms of the Great War more often than not. Note the strap running from the belt up to the shoulder and the tie on white. Plenty of silver buttons too.

I'll tell ya what Eivind, I'll get to work on that title for the game and at the same time I'll cook up a new batch of police units to match the size of the units you've put out there already.

That single reference pic will come in handy, as since its in colour I'll now what shading to use. The fact that your using the ToT format will make it much easier to capture the blue tones.
