  • What if we make the last civ (the one that isn't chosen) as an AI civ? Just to sweeten the pot a bit.

          My concern is that may unbalance the game for those who are next to said civ. If we had 5 AI civs, I might go for it. But with 5 of us in the game, we should be OK.

          Snoopy gave quite an eloquent argument as to why a small number of AI's in such a game does not work well. I will see if I can track it down.

              • I thought the civ allocations were going to be random as well?
                I don't know why he saved my life. Maybe in those last moments he loved life more than he ever had before. Not just his life - anybody's life, my life. All he'd wanted were the same answers the rest of us want. Where did I come from? Where am I going? How long have I got? All I could do was sit there and watch him die.

                  Nope. The civ draft choice order was going to be random. This gives folks some say in their fate.
