You speak much sense and offer potential solutions to the Hindu menace but there are flaws.

I do not understand it but it does appear that Russia has opted to side with Babylon so as to enable them to achieve global dominance. Russia is indeed a mystery. A huge army and advanced technology yet choosing never to use them save, apparently, to aid Babylonian victory. Here lies one of the flaws:-

You ignore America. They have a population second only to Sumeria and they are Russia's puppy. Hinduism will spread there and if their master commands they will aid the infection. Regardless of what the rest of the world does it cannot stop those 3 combined getting the votes required. We are doomed if we waste our time on building Missionaries.

Babylon keep saying that there is no possibility of DV.. but we all see the same numbers and they don't lie: few more russian city gets converted or better yet the whole nation conversion to hinduism can make more than enough votes..
And I'm tired of spreading this so called religion.. I don't want my people live under hinduistan influence and
while I don't want to wage war again I will do if Hinduistan refuses to adopt free religion. We will act in the name of freedom and democracy and liberate your people from religious madmen.

We don't demand territory or loot, we don't want to gain anything from this war. What we want is actually beneficial to your people.
We can't wait any longer since our intelligence suggest that russian troops might arrive soon. Yes, there is a possibility that we are mistaken, but we won't take the chance.

That offer was the best I could think of to solve this problem without hurting Babylon's pride. Even now I'm producing hindu missionaries, but I had little hope that the rest of the world would help me in this. But since they don't they are leaving war as the only option to us.

America is not interested in Hinduism and will not allow that false religion to spread further as it creates war not peace. That is why during a GA we converted to Judaism and took up the theocratic civic. Hinduism therefore cannot spread in our lands. We will not support Russia in any bid to ensure Hindu's dominance. We are allies of Russia for mutual defence, not to help Russia gain world dominance or assist another nation in that regard.
I note the concerns of the world of Hindu dominance. We fear that dominance and the difficulty it will cause our people to worship the one true God. So we will not assist Hinduism to ever gain dominance.

It goes beyond the conduct of an ongoing war. By missing a turn I have missed the chance to scout and also move troops to the possible sites of new dangers.

You take it correctly Robert, Sumeria having lost a turn through Babylon will consider turn order reversed.

The Great Conclave laughed or did it cry at the latest anti-Hindu propaganda - the Americans! They are one of the least hindu countries in the world, with a tenth - 10%! - of the votes of the Egyptians, and yet now supposedly they hold the key to the great conspiracy coming true! What will be next - "yes we know the figures don't add up but be warned we have heard that all the cows in the world are goin to turn hindu and vote"? And aside from the figures at least the Americans had the courage and decency to speak truthfully on the matter. Is there no end the wicked will go to in their attempts to construct covers for attacking us.

At least then they were cheered by the news that Hindu marines had just stormed a Sumarian airfield destroying many planes on the ground, acting with the agreement of the Egyptians who in response to the Sumarian attrocity of the massacre at Shushan agreed Hindu forces could pursue Sumarians in their territory.

Egypt has declared war on Hinduistan. We have no demand besides Babylon should convert to an other religion and then adopt free religion (the first part only needed to be sure they cant change back to the old ways in one turn anarchy).
They are still in golden age so this change wouldn't require anarchy. Also by adopting free religion they would get better science, more happiness, less maintenance cost and less war with Egypt. Since almost every of their cities are producing military they wouldn't miss the 25% building production bonus at all.
There could be only one reason why would Hinduistan still refuse this generous offer: and that is if they still haven't given up their plan to take over Earth.
