All Sumeria rejoices at your wonderful news and even the last of the serial killer sons spawned by Gilgamesh smiles.
We shall hold a festival in Uruk

OK, I highly suspect that the manipulative Egyptians are just saying that about 3 turns to provoke war, but we can't take the risk... let's go out with some real fun
deity is joining in!
I was hoping we could have a guessing comp before saying who we are but here's my guess, now partly informed:
Sumeria = St Jon - I suspected that for a LONG time (but in the beginning in ancient times I thought it was Toni). Bloody brilliant effort for a POM [but they even losing the Cricket now]
Russia = Toni - Gradually I realised this must be Toni, the best nicest player around!! CONRATS DAD
Egypt = mzprox - no doubt, clearly the best strategic player around with a strong sense of diplo too
Babs = Cybershy - best diplo player I reckon, plays to diplo rather than game mechanics
Mongolia = bamf - he dropped that recently otherwise I'd never know! Nice effort bamf!
America = Trev - damn solid player but not into diplo
Vikings = Hercules? Branksdilly?
Maya = Pinchak
China = Heraclitus?
France = lzprst?
Oh and THE PRIEST!
ROME!!!! Can't stand the way this guy plays but love playing with him
---
btw, can't play my turn for a few hours.... but most likely will be at war with Egypt too

List as I know it:~
Russia - Toni. long time known simply by great play, Certain.
Babylon - The Priest, I knew very early due to him spelling 'the' as 'teh' which he always does. Brilliant effort at a Religious Victory by a fantastic Diplo Player. Certain.
Rome - Robert, fantastic start and early identification of Egypt as the big threat. Why did you he always see Sumeria as a threat? Certain.
Egypt - mzprox, fantastic play by a a Player best as a General and still brilliant at Diplo. I guessed early but was stupid and didn't join any attack on him. Certain.
Maya - Pinchak, He was obviously going to be Maya which was why I just went for the kill. Certain.
China - Hercules, Only know due to another game where he dropped out. Certain.
France - lzprst, It was made public so no mystery. Certain.
America - Trev, Very well played and good diplo, nothing in public, to achieve such success. Certain.
Byzantium - Deity, Obvious Aussie from login times and trying to gloat after the Perth Test. We thrashed you in the last two! Certain.
Mongolia - Bamf, Great commitment to a game despite a dire starting position and being surrounded by much more experienced Diplo players. No public diplo but great private and never losing interest regardless of a low ranking. Certain.
Celts - Marcus, Logged in as himself so Certain.
Vikings - Branksdilly, Process of elimination. Certain.
Sumeria - St Jon, Obviously Certain.
I do reckon that special credit goes to Bamf for not just giving up when it would have been so easy to do so.“Quid latine dictum sit, altum videtur”
