I firmly believe all Rule Votes needs to be out in the open, especially so any rule changes can not be responded to as an in game action

forget that everyone klnows who i am, and i know for this change it wont happend, but wha tif a no voter one time gets peeved off and decides to take out on a in game yes voter.

i firmly think RULEs changes need to be by apolyton accounts.

@Ras: I do actually agree with you, but I forgot to include it at first, then people voted using their DoC account and I thought I'd better make it a DoC account vote this time. Next time I'll clearly make it a Poly-Account vote.

BTW, I have very good reasons to believe that Black Knight voted with his DoC account as well Don't always believe what you see.
