Voting Results have been sent to Robert. However England and Russia failed to vote
In addition I didn't know until now that Greece also didn't vote. I didn't realize that prior to notify them, as there was not even a table entry from a test vote.
I just tried their page to vote and created a record entry, and it is there now ... but I am feeling guilty that they didn't even know they hadn't voted and didn't inform them so unless anyone has any objection being the first vote I'd suggest Greece have an opportunity now

The deal with Russia:
- Original Russia had to leave for a couple of weeks and perhaps permanently
- Original Russia contacted someone who wanted to take over for the time being, and otherwise permanently
- Then this sub played Russia for about 1 month, I think
- 13 turns ago sub Russia stopped playing, but in the meantime did post twice, once about voting and having pc troubles.
- sub Russia did not respond to my pm's or e-mails (I know who he is, though I keep his name anonymous b/c he may still take over Russia permanently)
Right now Ozzy is taking over Russia till either the sub or the original player return. (if that doesn't take too long for Ozzy of course).
Like we learned in BtP, removing civs from the map is not an option!
Especially not now since Russia is neighbour to one of the big civs (Persia.)
My call to all of Russia's neighbours is: please restrain yourself on Russia. Nobody is game-wise served by the loss of a civ.Formerly known as "CyberShy"

Remember that most probably most civs don't even have Alphabet yet.
In BtP tech trading also didn't jump in immediately. Tech trading will start like crazy when 4 civs are in the med age
