All please stay calm.
No fingerpointing please. (some of us have the time to deal with the game once per day. That's totally acceptable, especially since we started this game with a 24h timer promise, and are on a 12h timer now, and these players accept that without complaining!)
Ottomans have responded to me and are indeed ok with the situation.
We now only need to appoint a good sub for Arabia.
In the meanwhile I will continue the game now. I don't think it'll break the game if the Ottomans sub 1 turn more for the Arabs or not.
Please don't comment or ask in public about the sub-thing. Some things should not be answered. (ie.: if 'you' can sub for Arabia. A 'no' answer can reveal too much already).
Despite the fact that the Ottomans agreed with a 'no reload but continue as is' solution, I think it's better to proceed from the reload I started yesterday. Especially b/c that gives us a 24h turn now.
Game's up. Turn: 1365; NOBODY moved yet this turn. 22h on the clockFormerly known as "CyberShy"

For the record, the pm I received from the Ottomans last night while I was peacefully at sleep
Thanks for the clear email, yes it it quite a shock but that's OK, it's part of the game.
To your questions in red;
1- His ships were in striking distance and I will choose to believe that he is playing fairly.
2- I will take your reccomendation and therefore no, I do not request a reload
3- [RMP: sub question related answer, comes down on something like: "I understand and accept the need for another sub for Arabia. Who is acceptable?
Thanks to both Russia and Ottomans to deal with this issue that good.Formerly known as "CyberShy"

1360 reloaded, you did not move 1360, so you're first in 1365 now.
Well, you noticed, and you did the right thing. (game order wise). Not sure if the Ottomans agree ic wise of course.Formerly known as "CyberShy"

It seems the permanent player for Rome has returned. I have brought him up to speed on Rome and am ready for my next assignment. So assuming Rome is able to handle 100% of the turn playing responsibilities, I can make a full switch to Arabia.Captain of Team Apolyton - ISDG 2012

Excellent news!
I agree that you are then indeed the best possible sub for Arabia.
I don't know the password, but I'll send it your way as soon as I know. (or the ottomans will)Formerly known as "CyberShy"
