I have strong reasons to think some are not posting all their trades, or not posting them correctly/honestly.
Is there anyway to check who traded what to whom ingame? Perhaps after the game ends?Comment

It's hard to see who got what from whom. Even after the game.
The only check is civstats, if 1 civ gets a huge score boot during their turn or the turn of someone else.Formerly known as "CyberShy"

Metalheads have traded a tech to the Celts for a voucher. So the Celts have one less trade.
There may have been another tech for voucher trade the Metalheads made with the Celts or Americans in recent history. But as it didn't subtract from our total (and it did from theirs) I felt it was up to them to report it. But... I don't think they have. I'm not entirely sure which of those two it was either... but I'm thinking it may have been Celts as well. (not sure though).
So updated remaining trades left for us three are:
America 14 or 15 used
Metalheads 12 used

Unless you were given TWO vouchers from America you didn't gain one.
Each time you give a tech away you lose a voucher. So if you gave a tech to America you lose one voucher. If they gave you one voucher in return then that voucher "pays for" the tech trade, and thus replaces the voucher you spend by giving them a tech. Ultimately you break even, but don't profit from the deal.
