I think this sort of post is the only way to correctly account for this important rule in the game. We need to remind each othe to get it right and I ask any other nation to correct Khmer on any of the above.

My understanding was that this tech was simply traded with the understanding that you would be compensated at a later time with a tech.

Maya using a voucher until that time was never discussed, not that it matters much.

I ask that you declare the loss of a voucher in trading me the tech. I will do the same when I trade you a tech.
