Our dear friends to the East. With Japanese army to our south and uncertainty to their intent we are having to move most of our army to this region of the world.

For the past few hundred years our army has been fighting the evil Black Skinned people that live between our two nations. This has protected both of our growing nations from terror.

However with the move of the Japanese to our shore we cannot fight a war on two fronts. We ask our friends the Wyandots to send some troops to protect the path bewteen our two nations. If you could station some troops in what the Oldonians call Death Valley then this would be appreciated.

Once the situation with Japan is sorted to our satisfaction we will return to patrolling both of our borders to exterminate the evil blacks.

We await your reply with much anticipation.

We understand the currnent Oldonian military situation and the Wyandot Nation will move our Dog Soldiers into Death Valley to insure the security of the lands beween our two great countries. We are currently working on training our forces to addess the two barbaric encampments as well.

"MAN THE DEFENSES!!!" General Shin Sung yelled, his men scurrying to their positions. The Aztec armies were slowly approaching the city. While they were considered barbarians by both the Koreans and Maya, they used good tactics; they took to the forests rather than the hills making it more difficult for Korean archers to bombard them with arrows.

General Bae Hyeongyeong was on hand, just recently returning from Sparta "Damn, they're using the forests as a defense against our archers, we'll have to be prepared for their advance, we might have to meet them with our warriors and then shower them with arrows, this will cost us dearly in casualties. But I have learned much about soldiering from the Spartans, a Spartan believes it is his duty to die in battle for the protection of his people, even if death comes by a Spartan arrow."

Shin Sung respected Bae, but he was a little insulted that Bae was using Spartan logic, and slightly angered that he was speaking to him in this way; reverting back to their old positions; Shin Sung was now the commander of Pyongyang's defenses and resented Bae's involvement in this battle "I know Bae, I believe we are as prepared as is possible."

"Yes, you are probably right," Bae admitted "Its just exciting to be back in the fray again, I've been gone so long."

"Yes, you have been, perhaps you should return to Seoul and see Wang Geon, I'm sure he'd like to hear about your trip." Shin Sung simply wanted Bae to leave, this was his show and he didn't want Bae taking the credit.

"This is my home, I can't leave it behind while its under attack you know that" Bae explained, fastening his Greek armor.

"Listen to me!" Shin Sung barked "I am in command here, you had a mission, and that was as ambassador to the Greeks, you must return, I can't let you die here or Wang Geon will have my head, you must leave NOW!"

Bae was stunned "Shing Sung, I only want to help."

"Listen, the Aztecs are approaching, and to be honest their weapons are better than ours, Seoul will be fine, but if you don't make it back that will be two ambassadors lost, one on my hands, I can't let that happen." Shin Sung said, Bae simply stared at him in disbelief "I am not asking you, I am ordering you to go to Seoul at once!"

"Quickly, quickly!" General Gang Jo said, hurrying the Korean farmers through the gates of the city; as the Aztecs approached the Korean army went out and gathered all of the countryside's farmers that they could, they didn't want a repeat of the Mayan incident. They were quickly rushed into Seoul for protection. The city had one advantage going for it, the Han river served as a natural barrier and gave the Koreans the tactical advantage in this battle.

Supreme King Wang Geon was on hand, while many believed this to be reckless mistake on the King's part he had missed the military life and was happy for the opportunity to return to it, even in this capacity. "Fantastic, is this all we could gather?" Wang Geon asked, referring to the farmers.

"Yes sir, many of them have resettled in the foothills of the Jogye mountains, in the village of Wonsan, they beileved there they would be safe from the Aztec scourge." he explained, helping his men close the gates, "We must speak to Pacal, this is an outrage, we should propose an assault on the Aztec homeland, it is the only way to end this nonsense."

"Yes, I concur" the King replied "Where the hell is that Bae Hyeongyeong?"

"Probably in Pyongyang sir, why is that?"

"Because of his carelessness he is our only ambassador, I wish to send him to Tikal. I want these Aztecs crushed, the Mayans can keep the city if they'd like too, although it would be great vengeance to raze it to the ground."

Gang Jo couldn't help but think that he too, as Wang Geon's chief royal advisor, could also serve as ambassador to Tikal, but that was no matter. "Better not worry about it now, there may not be a kingdom to represent after this!" Gang Jo said, smiling.

The King placed his hand on his comrade's shoulder "That's why I like you Gang Jo, you're a pesimist. Alright, get these boys ready..."

The generals were in dissarray. There planning was going horribly wrong. They had ejecte the Razite supporters from their citys but now they had set up their own city to the East. They were growing stronger every day.

The generals could not spare the troops from the activities in the south to quell the uprising. They argued amongst themselves as to who was to blame. Eventually blame fell on the army chief and the other generals clubbed him to death and replacved him with his 2nd in command. The newly promoted General Alvin Motors was given the task of ensuring the Japanese advance was halted. Already they were only a short stroll from Oldonia central.

With the war on terrorism increasing daily, the Oldonians were getting tired of war. Attacks on the farms to the north, attacks from the east, hoepfully to be aided by the Wyandots. And massive attacks from South East. The Japanese from the South West

It was getting messy.

I just meant the cell gets stretched out and sometimes it screws up where my images show up in the post. It doesn't matter, I'm just anal. Don't worry about it. Its not as bad as that time a GIGANTIC picture (I think of fried fish) was put up.

Something I've been meaning to say is that I think the timer stops as players join. If so then don't waste time by logging in unneccesarily. I might have done a bit of this but civstats tells you what's going on without logging in.

The only time I've logged in when I already played my turn was to get screenshots (for border proposals), but do we have a problem with it beyond that?

Dear Shiva,

I just prefer to have discussion in secret and once we have an agreement we can open what we have agreed. Their is nothing wrong to say that we have an open border treaty with each other.
