I liked Tactics Two as you classic balanced war game.
D-Day and Sink the Bismark were also good, because either side had a fair chance of winning out right.

I also should add that teamplay is next to nonexistant in all/most "team" games. And in a ladder you spend about 40-50% of the time playing, rest of it is waiting for a game or a game being scrapped before completion etc. Non-ladder is even more of a joke, i wonder if anyone knows how to play there?
