We absolutely need a perm replacement for Inca. I've been doing my best and asking lots of people despite the fact I've been on a trip and been busy with work stuff.

dont know about frans. he's what you could call a unreliable source. he doesnt want to take over a civ permanently, but he doesnt mind showing up for sub'ing once in a while. nothing I can do about it. and I never know until friday night, so it's not something we should use as a basis for any assumptions.
