how about a compromise? 22:30 UTC. that will be 6:30 for Kuno and Cyber can sleep at 3:30, and it will allow Nico to just make it by the time we get going. (dont speed on the way home from work though, we dont want a speeding ticket on our conscience )

Couple of reminders though:
Remember to have version 1.61 installed (do a fresh install if necessary - I mean no registry tweaking to get 1.61 installed over 1.60)
Remember to set graphics options down (I use medium) but the important ones are 1)Low resolution textures 2)Quick combats
Uninstall any mods
We should all be on SP2 and with firewalls disabled

I'm not sure if Dragon has to work on Saturday and for that reason can't play untill 3.30 UTC (which 5.30 our time)
I must say that I think that 3.30 UTC on 2nd thought is too much for me as well. (I had 3.30 GMT in my head)

22.30 UTC - 02.30 UTC (4 hours of playing time, thus 1 hour more) is the most for me.

I'm not certain that the current save is OK. Remember I lost sync as the host and it looks different to what I remember. I don't think we'll know until we all get in the game because I'm still on the current turn year but opening the save sees the AI do some stuff.

That's most probably because we saved before we all ended our turns, like we were used to.
Though I'd better send you my save, from either the beginning of the turn (autosave) or the moment of saving, since I'm not sure if we can trust your OOS save.
