I haven't tried any REX/ICS for the sake of REX/ICS yet.
But I'm 95% certain that it's not the best strategy to win the game. And it's for sure not the only strategy.

I have very mixed feelings about this one.
Have heard many positive things (and some small negative), but is this good enough to encourage the purchace of a new PC (~1000EUR) that I would need if to play Civ4. Right now I have many needs for my hard earned euros and I'm running out of time litterally
