So, I'm mostly over my ex. And I'm mostly okay with the fact that she's dating someone else. But on Saturday, this happened.
My gaming group includes my ex, and her house is where we game. The new boyfriend (she's insisted they're not boyfriend and girlfriend, but it's clear they are) is also a gamer and is often there to game with us. I'm known for my punctuality within the gaming group, but I've made an effort ever since new boyfriend came along to not show up early to my ex's house. In fact, this past Saturday I drove to a nearby park and sat around for a bit before arriving, just so I wouldn't get there too early.
Events were supposed to commence at 3 pm. I got there at 2:55 pm and was the first to arrive. When I entered the house (I still have the code and the key and my ex has refused to take the key or change the code)... my ex and the new boyfriend were in the shower together. Arg. Awkward. Mother****ing awkward. I sat in the living room and played with the ex's cat while... you can fill in the rest of this joke.
Should I not show up early at all? Should I not show up at all? Should I not be bothered by this? Arggggg.Click here if you're having trouble sleeping.

I'm glad I'm not totally out of my gourd for being bothered by this. My closest friend is a weird dude and doesn't really understand jealousy or embarrassment or any of those kinds of feelings. When I explained the episode to him later, he just kind of game me a blank look, which was about what I was expecting.Click here if you're having trouble sleeping.
