I hereby declare this the general Xbox 360 thread.
HD movie downloads over Live Marketplace
Video and music streaming from a PC
Not being able to stream anything but wmv and mpeg
Supposedly Xvid/Divx is coming soon.
Look at TVersity, Nero MediaHome, or Transcode360. All will do realtime transcoding of DivX/XViD to MPEG-4, WMV, or MPEG-2.

Support for more codecs would be nice, especially if I started looking for torrents closer to HD. Connect360 allows me to play my music, but it would be nice to see official support for Macs.
I'm interested to see what they do with the IPTV they talked about a while back.
That doesn't help for, say, h.264+AAC in mkv. If they just included something like mplayer+codecs (properly licensed) it would Just Work.
The properly licensed part is the rub.
The 360 can and does decode both of those, obviously, since HD DVDs use it.

That's rather trivial to do. It's licensing issues.

Eternal Sonata is getting better reviews. Also, I don't really trust mainstream site reviews of niche games like JRPGs.
Since when are jRPGs niche games?
They pretty much are on the Xbox 360. I don't trust the mainstream reviews because the love it or hate it 'marmite' factor is higher that for e.g. shooters, generic action games, racing games or sports games.
