A New Hope
While the others were blind to the threat posed by the Austral Hordes, Whoha took note of the build strategy employed by Paddy the Scot.
Gearing one's production entirely toward shipbuilding does give one a navy to be feared in the early stages of the struggle for galactic dominance, but the slow growth rate must be addressed, and quickly. And while one is out addressing one's growth rate, one leaves one's one base vulnerable. One one one.
