End of the Second Butlerian Jihad
Reverend Ken Banobi of the Bene Gesserit order had for some time been trying to eliminate Paddyshah Emperor, Basileus Naviwinat for his crime against the Orange Catholic Bible - for making a machine which can think. The Emperor eluded him successfully until now. Reverend Banobi used the time Paddyshah Emperor spent chasing his other enemies and punishing traitors to prepare for this showdown.
The last time Banobi expected a decisive battle with the Emperor, he and his allies found deserted bases, so this time Ken Banobi made sure the Emperor stayed home.
Every Emperor has always had at least one Bene Gesserit sister in his service. Basileus Naviwinat was no exception from that rule - he even had two. These Bene Gesserit sisters in Emperor's service help him a lot when he has an audience with foreign dignitaries or the leaders of other guilds, as they can read their minds and report back to the Emperor. Furthermore, these sisters have a special skill called the Voice which they can use against hostile guests or intruders and in that way they also function as the Emperor's bodyguards. Finally, their counsel is highly regarded throughout the universe for their accumulated knowledge and exchange of information among the sisterhood. However, their goal is not to serve the Emperor blindly. All that they do is for one purpose only: For the purpose of creating a supreme being, the Kwisatz Haderach through which they hope the Bene Gesserit order will rule the universe.
It was no surprise that one of the Bene Gesserit sisters in Emperor's service acted on Reverend Banobi's instructions without hesitation: She assassinated class 3 navigator thus preventing the Emperor's fleet from entering hyperspace. He wanted to attack young Schmoonich.
Then Reverend Banobi's fleet appeared.

Banobi's fleet was 3 times stronger, but the Emperor put up a fight. Had there been at least one loyal subject to come to Emperor's aid (by means of allied defence), Banobi's attempt would have backfired completely.
