It was just impossible to kill the King, ordained by God. There is some majesty invested in the title which prevents ordinary people from acting against the King. Their hand freezes before they could strike a blow to their sovereign.Comment

The Disaster Begins
The early rounds went quickly as DrSPike led his assistants through the usual routine of ensuring all the patients were comfortable in their padded cells and had been fed the usual bowls of Curds and Whey.
Drspike “ Well guys I guess I will leave you to your business as I have to go get ready for my morning session” he said to his assistants.
Kassiopia “ Yeah I better go sort out that rabble in the lobby , Chaunk was getting a little upset last time we passed.”
Adagio “ Yes , every time I see him , I wonder if we let him out a little too early”
The three parted company and DrSpike headed to his office. As he passed through the corridor he noticed through the windows that dark clouds were forming on the hills. He paused to look more intently and noticed it was a huge storm brewing and fast. As he watched lightning began to strike the earth from the clouds. The storm was racing towards the Sanitarium. DrSpike stood there quite enthralled with it all. Quite quickly as the clouds moved over his piece of Heaven, it was pitch black outside. Then suddenly multiple lightning bolts hit the ground adjacent to his window. DrSPike was temporally blinded by the flash and left with a ringing in his ears from the thunder. He thought the blindness was permanent at first, but then realized that the electicity was out in the whole building. When he had focused himself and got control of his senses again he heard shouting and banging from the Ward section. He started heading in that direction when someone ran past him. He couldn’t work out who it was or why they were running. He also started to smell smoke. Damn he thought to himself. He turned to head to the lobby to get the fire alarm raised when he was hit on the head and darkness enveloped him.
When he came to he was in the lobby surrounded by masses of people. Some carrying torches the rest just huddling together. IT seemed the whole Sanitarium, staff and patients were here.
DrSpike “ … what, what happened ?”
Snoopy369 “ Doc we have lost all power and when the fire started we had to get the patients out of their rooms, the storm has wrecked incredible damage to the outside with trees fallen and blown against the building exits. With bars on all our windows we cant get out. Fortunately these guys behind you” he pointed to the two brothers Jonny and Tuberski were able to get the fire out, apparently they have received training in their past. Once the fire was out we gathered all the patients and staff into here.”
DrSpike “.. but who hit me down the corridor?”
Snoopy369 “ In the corridor? Doc we found you here in the lobby when we got the flashlights out. We thought it must have been Illuminatus that hit you and then you …..”
Drspike interrupting “ No I was in the corridor and someone ran past me and as I turned to come here I was hit.”
Ljube “Well if you weren’t fighting with Illuminatus, it must have been the stranger running past you that did this to Illumiatus”
DrSpike “ Did what?” he sat up and a flashlight was turned towards the chairs in the lobby, he looked in that direction and saw Illumiatus sitting in a chair but leaning to one side. He shook the pain from his head and went over to examine the body.
There was blood all over the floor. He examined the body and he began to feel very sick.
As he looked he saw the right wrist had two deep cuts slashed across it, the left wrist had three slashes, but the death wound was the five slashes across the throat straight through the jugular.
Behind Illuminatus head there was a blood painted line | it looked like as he died he tried to give a clue but died too quickly.
DrSpike “ Holy Cow!!!!”
Ljube” Doc we have to assume since we cant get out and no one can get in, that the killer is amongst us”

Civman2000 “ You can all die for all I care” and he jumped on the other patients and started brawling.
A few hours later once the drugs had kicked in and soothed all the patients down, Dr Spike met with Kasipoia in his office
DrSpike “ How did this occur, surely someone would have seen this”
Kassiopia “ No Doc, once we started getting the patients out of their cells away from the fire, all hell broke loose and everyone started running everywhere, we had no way of knowing who was where or with whom.”
Well I am going to sit and think about this. How long will the drugs keep those patients under
About 22 hours….
