I'm in the unenviable position of having this to deal with, someone who no longer wants to play, and someone who very much wants to stay.Well, I guess it's not against the rules, but it would be a precedent.

Letting someone vote for themselves is a stupid precedent to set.
In previous games, people have not been allowed to vote for themselves, thus the precedent has laready been set.
A coin flip must not be done, Lord Nuclear has more votes than alva since alva can not vote for himself.
