Indeed, an invasion was thwarted- not of the JEBUS or the Socialist motherland however, but of the tiny republic of Senator Danq.

The capitalists sent a spy of their own, which disrupted the construction of a STALIN shield system. Aside from this minor setback, however, no shortfalls were reported in the first year of the Five Year Plan.
