Jurassic Park could definitely be fun, but whoever gets to play the raptor will probably have a life expectancy roughly equal to that of William Pitt in the French Revolution game. (The T-Rex, on the other hand, we might be too scared of to vote for.)

And what fun would that be? Besides, the humans can use robo-jaws to try and simulate a dino attack, and if the raptors are smart enough to open doors, they can probably wield knives & fire guns & other stuff too, and some of the other dinos are poisoners.
