Yes, the Air Transport unit is now available to me, so I built a couple. As soon as I clicked "Build", it seemed to finish building the unit! So the "Rush Buy" amount was $0. Is this right?

Anyhow, I'm about to launch my first experimental air mobile adventure. Very exciting!
