We Gaians, as the heirs of the English aristocracy, and therefore apparently also the keepers of proper english grammar, would like to state that the last portion of your last sentence should probably be phrased "Provost Zakharov has been captured and is currently undergoing the personal interrogation by Aki Zeta-5. ". Otherwise, as phrased, it appears that Zakharov is overseeing the interrogation of Aki Zeta-5.

Actually, i think there might be a clash of tenses,

She went on to say that Provost Zakharov has been captured and has been undergoing the personal interrogation of Aki Zeta-5.

If zak is undergoing the personal interrogation of aki zeta-5, he must also be captured aki zeta-5 because of the ''and'' connector. THe bolded section is connected by the and, and must be used together AFAIK. Captured is past tense and undergoing is present tense which obviously dosnt work.(in retrospect)

Logically, the captured are the interrogated.
