Sorry about this guys, but I think we need a restart in this game. My faction has the attributes of the CyCon, not the believers. When I placed a base, it got no free mins, which also alerted me to the fact that I shouldn't be paying upkeep on as many units as I was paying for.

I then checked, and I definatly have paradigm economy atm, and also am getting +2 research instead of -2. I'm sorry I didn't notice this earlier...

Also, my hard drive has died on my computer, so it's gonna be kinda awkward for me to play for a little bit until I get a new one. Shouldn't cause too much delay though.

You gotta be kidding--- You didn't notice your starting techs were not as expected or that you could actually research stuff or that your growth was slower than expected ??


CRap crap crap--- it took so long to play these 13 turns that doing them yet again fills me with avery craptastic sensation

My proposed solution---If chaunk does not want to continue . . . we advertise for a cycon replacement

In fairness to chaunk I agree to immediately start another game where he can be the believers , on this or any other map. I'm just thinking that this allows us to continue this game AND allow chaunk his favored faction.

My thinking exactly-- Since there is nothing unfair (unlike the transcend/librarian issue) I would prefer to play this one out. If chaunk chooses to bow out, I'm betting he is leaving a replacement in MUCH better shape than most replacements find.


I also offer to start a new game with chaunk since this wasn't his fault-- It could be win win-- Those that want to contine, can. If chaunk wants a new game as the believers, we can do that too. WE may need a new map though since otherwise playuers who are in both games would have an advantage

I hoped it was a good compromise. If fosse sees things the same way we can get a replacement or continue depending what Chaunk wants to do.

The additional game is really a separate thing
