On the norwegian site I referred to in one of my earlier posts they have managed to be very specific with only 15 items on the rule list (17 in the full version)
I will however admit that some Unwritten rules that are currently uniformily enforced that most people know, should be added. And we are in the process of doing just that, and have been preparing such an update long before this subject came up in this thread.
