If a thread is closed for spam, at least one guilty party and the most obviously guilty party should get a 5% PCR. Apply Roman decimation to the Community forum.

Ming should post a warning rather than closing the thread, and this is often what he does.
Which I think is a sensible policy, but there are just some threads which are so obviously spam.
