                          RMS when you say you failed do you mean it wouldn't let you choose a custom avatar, or that perhaps you chose one that was too big?

                                There are two limits you need to keep in mind, the pixel limit, and the size limit.

                                The pixels need to be 100x100

                                and I believe the size can only be 10k or so?
