At the beginning of the Hawks game I was pretty pleased with the way they were playing, except for losing most of the faceoffs. But then they get a couple of bad calls (didn't see the interference on the first LA PP goal and too many men call which was pretty close and they let usually let that go) and the PK just looked like they did at beginning of the regular season. Then everyone slows down or stops thinking puck hit the net, but don't you listen for a whistle there? Crawford had one of his worst games of the post season, letting up some soft goals and once they pulled him, you knew it was over. Hopefully, they can come back and take one (or two) in LA.

It just sucks having to watch the crappy efforts. I wish they'd let me know ahead of time that they are gonna suck so I can at least watch something else.

Yeah... my daughter and I planned the whole night around watching the game... About 1/2 way through the third period, she decided she wanted to go out with her friends and she was gone long before the game ended. At least we watched the latest Game of Thrones before we started watching the game

I watched a few of the Wild games with DAD. At this point you always wonder if it will be the last time.
Every time is special now.

I would love to watch some of the games with my (91 yrs. old) father. He doesn't live too far away but my schedule precludes me from doing that for most of the games. Maybe I'll have him come by on Monday night after we go see X-Men movie.

As to the game: Too many turnovers, esp. at the blue line when bringing it in. Have to find a way to score in the second and third period (not with only 3 seconds remaining and down by 2).

The Hawks are just getting totally outplayed.

Sharp falls down leading to first goal and the call against Hossa was ridiculous. He was pushed into Quck. But they needed to do better on the power kill and stop turning the puck over. Crawford is getting no help.

They suck. Either the series ends next game or they pull out a miraculous victory.

Yeah... It's not looking good... but the Hawks have pulled out series like this before. I haven't given up yet. At least the next game is at home.

But they have to stop making the stupid mistakes, and the special teams have to play better.
