        Blackhawks fans would relish beating DET because they're our biggest rivals, but it's more of a sibling rivalry. I don't think I'd say Hawks fans `hate` the Redwings.

        On the other hand, we most certainly hate VAN.

                Perpetually good?

                They are an inoffensive team that never makes the playoffs, never makes waves, never wins a playoff series. So of course they are universally loved. They aren't a threat.

                The Canucks were reviled even when they were missing the playoffs not that long ago. It's a team filled with whiners, poor sports, douchebags, and arrogant ******.
                In the last 13 years they've missed the playoffs once.

                There's a difference between jealousy (of franchises like Detroit) and hatred (like what people feel towards the Canucks).
                Back to back the best team in the regular season. You're going to pick up a ton of enemies.

                          Jesus Christ, BK is retarded. I didn't see that post. Detroit has been in the playoffs every year since 1990... and won the most stanley cups during that period.
