10 Team leagues are like that, but seriously, your RBs are not great this year. Shady and Pey Pey probably are the two biggest significant factors of successful teams this year.

A strange trade in my money league. I play the son of one of the other players this week. The father is in my division.

It's marginal (but hot) RB1 Gore for nice upside RB2 Lacy plus considerations. Assuming the father has a quality QB1 and reasonable QB2, I would have no (or minimal) problem with it. Yeah, the son gets 2 starters for one (I ignore Crabtree as a throw-in), but Kaepernick is inconsistent. And yeah, the fact that it makes your matchup tougher this week is a bit of a bonus. I say, man up be glad you don't face Gore.

Well aware; been there. Your W/L and (to a lesser extent) Points Against in IDP are statistical outliers, just like they were for me in IDP 2011. It happens. Maybe you'll turn it around - or perhaps get to play spoiler vs. others late in the season.
