        • You guys did well for me last week (and really the last two weeks if I'd've listened), so I'm going to keep firing off the questions. Back to a WR quandry this weak:

          WR D.Moore (Oak) @ Denver
WR L.Moore (NO) vs Green Bay
          WR B.Lloyd (NE) @ Buffalo
WR M.Floyd (SD) @ Kansas City
          TE B.Celek (Phi) vs NYGiants

Total yards rushing/receiving is primary concern. Pick 3.

With WR D.Heyward-Bey (Oak) injured this week, D.Moore becomes the primary target.
WR M.Colston is dinged (but still playing) meaning L.Moore should step it up in a game with 2 desparate teams that throw ALOT.
B.Lloyd is Brady's favorite target and the leading receiver in NE. Gotta start the WR1 in NE, right?
M.Floyd is the leading target for Rivers this year, but is Rivers going to keep throwing his way when he only had 3 receptions in 9 targets?
TE B.Celek (we combine WR/TE in this league) has been Vicks go-to guy, and the Giants just gave up a big game to Olsen last week.

It's a good group of solid receivers, but none of them have really established themselves as a plug'em and forget'em kind of player. It's a weekly crapshoot with which one of these guys is going to do well. What do you think?

          • I would never start Lance Moore. He's a guy I never even roster. Way too inconsistent and Brees isn't exactly being Brees lately.

I got to go with Floyd and Lloyd again... and while I'm hesitant to go with a TE over a WR like Denarius Moore, you got to believe Vick is going to throw a lot of dump-offs to Celek to avoid that pass rush and it's not like the Giants LB corps can stop TE's. If this was early last year, I wouldn't even consider Celek but lately Vick seems to realize that he can dump it off to the TE like he used to with Crumpler.

Besides, would you believe that in a single game (against Baltimore), Celek out-performed D. Moore's 3 game (!) reception and yardage total? Celek is 14/258 in 3 games, impressive production.

            Floyd, Lloyd, Celek.

            • Quick note to Alby: Denarius Moore was injured and did not play in Week 1. He only played about 20-25 snaps in Week 2.

              Just sayin'.

I'd still rather have Celek til I see what Moore is going to do this year. Oakland's WR situation is always so transient.

Funnily enough considering my second week in a row insistence on starting Floyd/Lloyd, I own both of them in one league and I'm not starting either over Julio Jones and Kyle Rudolph.

I'm staying away from Floyd vs the Chiefs at home. Rivers has never played well against the Chiefs at Arrowhead. I'd go with Lloyd, Celek and Moore.

                  • FYI, the consensus among the ESPN fantasy experts is Lloyd and Floyd above the Moores. Lloyd is 9th, Floyd 26th, D. Moore 28th, L. Moore 33rd. Celek is 13th among TE's.

This is based on ESPN standard settings, though.

Just to be clear: I'm not arguing your recommendation, just your unfair comparison between Celek and Moore's stat lines.

I prefer Lance over D. Moore and Floyd - matchups will have a greater impact than individual talent at that level. The Saints aren't going to lose every game.

The comparison was not needed. Honestly, Celek's 3 game stat line speaks for itself. 14/258 is big numbers for a TE. In fact, he leads all TE's in yardage and is 8th among all pass-catchers, between Harvin and Welker. I doubt it's sustainable but he's the hot hand right now and if I had him, I would ride him out or try to trade him.

                          • I have a fantasy question.

Marshawn Lynch is my RB1 but who's to take Forte's spot between Doug Martin and Mikel Leshoure?

                            • Leshoure vs. Minnesota, DMartin vs. Washington. Martin is probably the better choice this week.

Fun fact: Matt Forte practiced today and says he can play.

Monday night game. I can't risk it. I don't own Michael Bush.
