Ryan Matthews? He's at least 50% starter on the most effective offense in football year in, year out. He also periodically catches footballs thrown towards him. In this league (with a full PPR) that is rather valuable, actual skill aside...

And I wouldn't call Tolbert a handcuff, he's a startable RB in his own right. A true handcuff is more like James Starks (GB). Tolbert is likely to be in the top 30 RBs at the end of the year, I'd say.

This would be an opportune moment to issue an alert: Beginning in round 8, BAPAYs for a team that already has a starting offensive lineup (QB-RB-RB-WR-WR-W/R-TE) will be defensive starters (until those 5 slots are also full). If you'd rather receive an offensive backup of some sort, all you have to do is post to that effect (PM is also fine).
