It sounds like the Canucks should've just waltzed right into the finals and won an easy cup, what with the best GM, best coach, best offensive forwards, best defensive forwards, best defensemen, best goalie, most valuable player, and more sportsmanlike player. What went wrong?

Calgary is and has always been a far grittier team than the euro-pansy Canuck style. Everyone knows that. The Selke defines defensive aptitude in a forward, the Hart is simply the single most valuable player on a team.
