The main reason Luongo gets more wins is Kiprusoff played behind one of the lowest scoring teams, Luongo played behind the highest scoring team.

Look, the only two in the top 20 with 50+ shutouts who are not in the HOF are Chabot and John Ross Roach. 21 is Cujo.

Out of the last 30 cups won by goaltenders, only 12 of them are in the hall of fame. Are you arguing that Richter, Barrasso, Khabibulin, Vernon, Osgood and Ranford etc should be in the HOF?

Actually, he's already won a Vezina. Prior to '80, the Vezina was awarded to the goalie with the fewest goals against over the entire season. That was Bobby Lou this season.

He was the Hart runner up in '07, and the Vezina runner up the same year. So, yes, it was a Vezina calibre season there.

So yes, he's got the hardware now. 1 SCF final plus a Jennings, plus multiple Vezina nominations and a hart nomination.
