    Interestingly, this is the only game where the Canucks have actually been awarded fewer penalties than their opposition. In 10 games.

        Everyone that sees that play knows it was bull****, except for Canucks fans. But I assume you think the other 29 times all are anti-Canucks too.
        Apparently the only 'objectivity' comes from non-Canuck fans. Complete and utter bull****.

        I'm amused at the gross whining when the Canucks have an advantage of +1 in a game. It's hilarious.

        Nashville is currently 0-26 on the powerplay. Nashville would be up 3-0 in the series if they could actually convert a power play. When they finally start calling some in favour of the Canucks, the Canucks score and wow, people *explode* in RAAAGGEEE about how unfair! it is.

        And then are silent when the calls are 7-1 in favour of the Hawks. No bias there, no siree.

        I think everyone is biased, including Crapsack Lames fans choking the fun out of a playoff thread from the fans who are actually watching their teams battle for the cup.

        In other news, the Caps are just about to be eliminated, but no one cares. Sad panda is sad.

          No, it's not. When the only people in the world who agree with something are fan of a certain team, odds are they're not being objective.

              No, it's not. When the only people in the world who agree with something are fan of a certain team, odds are they're not being objective.

                Iginla crosschecks D Sedin. Iginla gets a crosschecking penalty. (CGY +1)
                Kesler dives (quelle surprise). Kesler gets a diving penalty. (EV)
                Regehr boards H Sedin. Regehr gets a boarding call. (CGY + 1)
                Kiprusoff lumberjacks Burrows. Kiprusoff gets a roughing penalty. (CGY + 2)
                Moss high-sticks Edler. Edler, being European, bleeds like a *****. 4 minutes for moss. (CGY + 4)
                Giordano shoots the puck up over the glass. (CGY + 5)

                Period 3
                Refs sit down before the period and go "HOLY ****! Calgary has 5 more penalties!!" and note to even it up.
                Vancouver knows they haven't been penalized much, and they play a 100% clean game

                Burrows comes within a foot of Kiprusoff. Bull**** call: Goaltender interference (CGY + 4)
                Kesler comes close to Regehr, who loses his footing and falls. Bull**** call: Tripping (CGY + 3)
                D Sedin goes into the boards with Iginla to fight for a puck. Bull**** call: Interference (CGY + 2)
                H Sedin and Moss race to a puck, shouldering for position. Bull**** call: Interference (CGY + 1)
                Burrows skates on the ice. Bull**** call: Unsportsmanlike Conduct (EV)

                MISSION ACCOMPLISHED?

                    Washington is out! Tampa advances. 7 left, and it looks like we'll have a Tampa/Boston Eastern Final. Should be interesting.
