Ben you talk about those things as if they are bad-- If the play warrants them, they should be called__ you seem to think penalties are not right unless they are equal -- or perhaps somewhat equal-- you never quite said explicitly-- All I know is you seem to think it is necessarily wrong for one team to get substantially more penalties than the other.

They had some good pressure but I think that the Canucks d did a VERY good job of blocking , deflecting or preventing quality chances

All I know is you seem to think it is necessarily wrong for one team to get substantially more penalties than the other.

I do very much. I don't believe the quality of the Hawks play warrants the great differential in calls. You can say I'm a blind homer, but they got away with quite a bit last game, including a stick under the visor of Henrik Sedin.

If you're going to call em, call it all. Or let the boys play.

Ben do think the Bruins were hard done by in their game in Montreal today-- They lost 2-1. Montreal scored two PPG and overall the Bruins had 17 minutes shorthanded as against Montreal's 8. The Bruins penalty with 3 minutes left really made coming back almost impossible.
