This monopolization of QB's is very unsportsman-like. There is no legitimate reason for anyone to have 3-4 QB's on their roster except to deny your fellow players QB's. I see this is a problem with 14 team leagues. The RB's and WR's are so bottom of the barrel that it makes sense to fill your roster with all the available QB's. You're not really losing much with regards to roster space because all the RB's and WR's out there who are not already starting suck anyway.

Then we should have a league with less than forty bench spots next year... The number of leagues isn't relevant, it's the number of bench spots. Too many bench spots = too many people on benches. And it's absolutely not unsportsmanlike - it's intelligent strategy.

I'm playing in a league with FIVE bench spots, compared to 13 starters per team (8 team league, so 104 total starting players - similar to our 14 team league, particularly at the skill positions; 2 QB 3 RB 4 WR 2 TE). We manage fine. It's tough, and bye weeks when two of your four receivers are on byes are annoying, but that makes it a LOT more fun.

NFL Fun Facts:

Thomas Jones needs 39 rushing yards Sunday to become the first player in NFL history to gain 500 or more rushing yards with five different teams (Arizona, Tampa Bay, Chicago, NY Jets, KC).

It's easy to forget that Jones was headed toward first-round bust status in Arizona a decade ago. He managed to grind out 511 yards in 2002 before heading to Tampa (627 yards) for a year. Jones then topped the 1,000-yard mark multiple times in Chicago and New York. He's up to 9,678 rushing yards in his 11-year career.
