That stat does nothing to take into account actual performance on the PK, just the amount of time he spends out there.

Burrows completed his first full campaign with the Canucks the following season in 2006–07. He contributed primarily on the team's penalty kill which finished first overall in the league

Perhaps if the Canucks want to improve they should put Burrows out there more on the PK.

Any stat which argues that the best PKer on the Canucks is Pettinger is complete crap.

All it measures is how often they are put out there. It doesn't actually measure performance. IIRC, they haven't been using Burr + Kes on the PK as much this year, and unsurprisingly, they are not doing as well as they have in the past.
