Normally, I would say Dez Bryant is being a turd for not just doing the obligatory 'hazing' of the new guy... but, since it was Roy Williams... Roy Williams is being a douchebag. We all know why Roy wants Dez to carry his pads (because Dez took his job), so Roy is being a douche plain and simple. I'm sure Dez Bryant would have had no problems carrying the pads of Miles Austin. I don't think it's about hazing; I think it's about an angry veteran wanting to pick on him and Dez Bryant knows this but doesn't want to come out and say it.

Now that I think about it, remember the whole Dez Bryant's mom a prostitute fiasco with the Dolphins? Dez Bryant seems to draw controversy around him and he does fan the flames with his comments.
