He was dominating the game. It's rather worrysome when I have Sanders as well. I want to have that awesome lineup of Polamalu and Sanders.

I doubt your DB (or any D player) will be relevant in most of your games this year (ie, score more than the average starting D-player at their position, than your differential)... but who knows.

Yahoo's defensive stat tracking is always a bit dodgy, especially for things like FF, pass defended, etc. But they get it right by Tuesday morning, using the official league stats.

I regard it as my commission (so to speak) to ensure the league is competitive. Thus, I the check lineups each week and alert people of problems. Normally, this is only important during the Bye weeks (4-10) and the last couple weeks of the regular season.

Typically, I send any needed alerts out on Fridays. But since you've been so observant, Sloww, I notified DOY by email tonight. Thanks for the heads-up.

Reports this morning say Polamalu will be our 3-6 weeks with what they're calling "sprained MCL."

Steelers coach Mike Tomlin indicated after Thursday's game that SS Troy Polamalu was initially diagnosed with a sprained MCL in his left knee.
There's nothing "concrete" yet on Polamalu's injury, and Tomlin admitted that it could be more serious after further testing.
