While judging a coach on winning record is not all that bad... I prefer to look at what they do to the teams they join. A coach that continually goes to new schools, and turns their programs around is in my book the best type of coach. They usually don't have the best winning percentage, because many times they come in to programs that really suck, and it takes a few years to have a real impact.Keep on Civin'

This one 's looking pretty accurate so far...
